1. Information Emediex Collects
To subscribe to our newsletter(s), or to obtain other valuable information, clients give us contact information (such as name and email address), and demographic information (such as zip codes). In the future, if you decide to purchase any value-added services we offer, then we will need to collect certain financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address ("Financial Information"). Financial Information that is collected is used to check your qualifications for registration, to bill you for products and services, and for other purposes. We do not share Financial Information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide you with the value-added service.

Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary. If you choose not to receive Member communications, you may cancel your email subscription(s) at any time simply sending any email to unsubscribe@emediex.com with the word, "Unsubscribe" in the Subject line.

Emediex, will never willfully sell or rent for consideration any personally identifiable information about you or your business to any third party. If you choose to have an advertisement on these pages, the information submitted will be published and archived on the Internet indefinitely.
